Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

I Just checked my reservation and only two out of 14 were listed... I used the reservation # and it could not retrieve them. Anyone know whats going on :sick:
 
Ok, so after 30 min on hold, all of my ressies are intact. A PP said that only the ones that required a CC to hold are showing up, and that is true for me as well. The only oens i am able to retrieve are the ones that required a cc hold.

That means that they are trying to run a fix to make the adrs show up. When the data is "in tranist" ie that system is being worked on, you get an error when you try to access it. If it were me I would just call to double check and then not worry about what the online system is doing. Apparently, they aren't done getting everything back up and running.
 
WDW has been in the process of working on their servers so maybe you just weren't able to access it. If you have the confirmation numbers give the WDW Dining line a call and ask them to confirm your ADRs.
 

I have a few that required a cc hold (CRT, BYBBQ, HDDR), and none of them are showing up. When I called the CM put in my phone # and was able to pull up Askerhaus and BBB - and nothing else. I had her pull up CRT just to make sure it was still there and she could. However, I can't pull them up because it required you put in the phone # you input when you make the reservations, and that is what the CM said the upgrade wiped out - our phone #s tied to the ADRs.

Hearing updates that some are being corrected as the day goes on is encouraging. We are going the week of Thanksgiving - so with a holiday & free dining, I don't see us being able to rebook them just in case.
 
Half of mine were gone this morning when I checked. I just waited on hold
with reservations for 30 min. I got a very helpful CM and we checked every
reservations one by one, she said everyone's info. is still in the system it's just not showing up online, so don't panic! She said they didn't even realize there was a problem until everyone started calling. Good grief, I about had a heart attack!!
 
I just went on and my Tusker house has appeared and my Ohana so they must be adding them as the day goes on. They were not there earlier. Fingers crossed they all come back. My Le Cellier,Flying Fish and Coral Reef are not back yet :(
 
Did you book two reservations for the same time? I heard they were cancelling double reservations. I just checked my ressies for the first week of December and they were all there. Good luck.
 
Okay, am I the only one going in and trying to book again anyway? I've been checking and other than the 2 I made last night, none of them are there, no matter how I search. A couple I get the "we can't access it now" message which makes me feel better but most show no record of them at all. I'm just afraid they're not going to be there, so I've been searching and was able to find a Le Cellier lunch (okay we wanted dinner but better than nothing) and a late 'Ohana (we had a 6:30 and I can only get 8:20, but still better than not getting it). I booked these and will cancel them ASAP if my others ever show up but figure better safe than sorry at this point!
 
OMG I CAN'T BREATHE HALF OF MY ADR'S ARE GONE. I'M TRYING NOT TO PANIC BUT WE LEAVE IN 34 DAYS. THANK GOODNESS I HAVE PRINTED ALL THE CONFIRMATION EMAILS FROM DISNEY AND HAVE STAPLED THEM TO THE BACK OF MY WORD DOC SO I KEEP TELLING MYSELF I WILL BE OK. DANG IT I DIDN'T NEED THIS STRESS. I WILL BE CHECKING THE SITE REGULARLY AND IF IT DOESN'T SHOW UP SOON I WILL BE CALLING.:mad::mad:

Personally, I would not book other reservations at the times of the ones you have previously booked, because then the system may end up cancelling both of them!! Numerous people have called WDW, and the full set of reservations are still there.
 
Half of mine were there and half werent, so I called Dining. Everything is there, and I found out that I had duplicates, so I was able to just go ahead and cancel the duplicates because they did not.

I wouldn't book second ones either. Obviously if there are unavailable restaurants & only certain times for others, they didnt' cancel everyone's reservations. If that was the case, all times would be available right now or at least most. I wouldn't worry about them cancelling them since when I've updated reservations online, they always ask if you want to keep both or cancel one. If you didn't have the option to keep both, I don't think they would ask you, the system would tell you that you need to cancel one. I can't be sure as I haven't done that but I also don't believe that they cancel both reservations, I know people have reported that in the past (before the online system) but I still don't believe it - lol.
 
This honestly makes me wish they continued showing the 'we're working on it' error until they were ALL up to stop the panics. All its doing is causing stress and tying up the phone lines.
 
I'm also freaking out! I only show 4 of my 14 reservations. I have all the confirmation numbers, but I'm still worried. This is my first time doing the dining plan and spent HOURS planning. I really hope that they get their act together ASAP. I have wicked anxiety right now!! :mad:

I don't understand the problem here - to those who feel the world is about to end because you can't see your adr's online, bring your confirmation numbers and show up at the podium. Simple really.
 
I can't even bring myself to look :scared:. I have email confirms for all but one, which for some reason never came through. I also took a screen shot of my ADR list last week so I'm going to hang onto that and then once the dust settles maybe I'll feel brave enough to look:rotfl:.
