Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

We are missing four of our seven ADRs. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes and then the cast member was able to confirm that they were still there.
 
I am missing 5 out of 9-
all of the EVEN days are shown,
all of the ODD days are missing?

This morning I tried to call, but the wait time was an estimated 30 minutes.
I'm going to relax on the news that some of you got through and were able to pull yours up :goodvibes
 
Whew! I sent an email to Animal Kingdom IPO this morning to verify our reservations, and they confirmed each and every one of them. They ARE still in the system, so everyone, breathe!;)
 
still not showing my all reservations! funny only the character meals are showing!
 

I just got off the phone after about a 10 minute wait - all 8 of my reservations are still there. Imagine how much I freaked out this morning considering we leave tomorrow! lol. BUT EVERYONE DON'T WORRY - YOUR ADRS ARE STILL IN THE SYSTEM!! :goodvibes
I agree that Disney should have waited to bring the system back up until everything was ready to go.
 
well not to freak u out even more but i am leaving in 6 days!!! i called and spent one hr waiting! they cant seem to find them either! thank God i have the copies in my email so I can print them but it doesnt give me confidence getting there with a sheet of paper confirming my res. They said just bring them it will be fine....ugh, yea hello! the system wont be up until the 20th and she told me could be even longer...hec we will be gone by then! wish me luck! the way systems fail constantly and customer service stinks everywhere something tells me people will be all over the restaurants saying they have ressies when they really dont(and blame the upgrade) and ones who really have them wont be recognized. should be interesting....boy do they have a mess on their hands from what the rep told me! excuse me but shouldnt they be easing our anxieties instead of escalating them---geez:sad2:

None of mine are showing up either, even with confirmation numbers. :( Will keep trying and hope they to pop up. We don't leave for about another month. Worst-case scenario, I do have print-outs of our most important reservations (CRT, Wishes Dessert, Le Cellier, etc.), so we can squeeze in other meals if/where needed, I suppose, if not having a confirmation number creates a problem re: validity. Not going to let it ruin our trip, but yeah - sure would be nice to see my ressies soon.

Four of my seven show up on line. I had to add an 8th today so I called. The other three are still in the system. She said they should all be back by the 20th at the latest.
 
Only 3 of mine are showing..missing Le Cellier, Kona and Via Napoli. Hopefully things will be resolved..we don't arrive until 12/26, but these 3 are special ones for us..

Ah, good call! Same here, except that they have my Tusker House when we aren't booked at a character time. :)


Same here. All my signature restaurants were gone. I reserved everything again and now it is showing up.

Your old ones should not have been cancelled, I would call the reservation center, they are just not showing up on the website right now, you may have double bookings now.

I could not find them even with typing confirmation # in. I also wanted to cancel some and make changes. If they show up again I will just cancel what I don't need. Before when I booked something the same day and time I allready had a ADR the system would tell me. I doubt that it will bring the old ones back without me calling!

The old ones cannot be located with the reservation # for me either. I talked to someone again today and they informed me that all my reservations are there, just not displaying online. They said the system should be fixed soon.

I would call. Disney has been known to cancel both reservations when there is a double booking. I wouldn't want to take the chance.

Yes, good point. They did that when I had to different times for Cali Grill in one evening.
 
I'm sorry that everyone is having problems with their reservations but feel better that mine aren't the only ones not showing. Luckily we don't leave until December. I'm only missing 2 but one of them was a priority to me.
