Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

Woo hoo! Mine are back as well except for Candlielight Processional Dinner Packages. Has anyone seen those appear?

My DH just looked at the list and said oh! those look good!!

Mine are still not back (mid-January). And when I tried to pull them up individually by confirmation number I got logged out of the system and it won't let me log back in.

Trying not to worry but it's a little disconcerting when so many others have had their ADRs reappear.

Checked this morning, and all of mine are back, too!

Now if December 11th would hurry up and get here...

By the way, they used to have a feature where you could email yourself a complete list of all ADR's with confirmation numbers.

I don't see that anymore- does anyone else? I don't need it necessarily, but would like to just email myself one final clean copy of everything.

I'm not sure about the complete list but I know that you can manually type in your confirmation numbers and pull the list up, then email them to yourself. I'm in the process of emailing every single one to myself.

Okay, I was able to log back in after clearning cookies/browsing history. It still said unable to retrieve but did let me pull them up one by one. After a couple of reservations I got a message that they were unable to retrieve so I logged out, logged back in and was able to get it. Had to do this logging out thing a few time. I tried emailing myself one of the ADRs that I had never gotten an email for initially when I booked it. So far the email hasn't come yet but we'll see. In the meantime, I took screen shots of each ADR as I pulled it up. Here's hoping all is well!

P.S. now when I try to look at my whole list I no longer get the unable to retrieve message, I get the "you have no dining reservations" message. This seemed to change after I pulled them up one by one. Weird.

Anyone STILL not able to pull up their reservations online? I can't - not as a list, not with the confirmation numbers. 4 out of 14 are showing.

IPO was able to mail me a list, and they picked up the changes I had made, so that makes me feel slightly better...

Mine still aren't there, except for those made after the upgrade. They are for early January and early February. I know they're all somewhere, though, since I called about a week ago to change some around and confirmed that all the missing ones are still good. I can't pull them up by confirmation number either.

Still not pulling all of my ADR's up but, at least, moving in the right direction. Ever since the first "upgrade" to the system, I had only been able to pull up 4 of my ADR's but today we're up to 7. There are still 4 more that aren't showing up. We head down to the World (from Massachusetts) on Nov.8th so I'll give the system a few more days and then if things still aren't right I'll call so that I'm not a nervous wreck upon arrival.

All my dec adrs are back online today. I had all my confirmation #s and had checked that they were still in the system by phone(thru dvc member services). I now hope that all of those who double booked will cancel their additions to allow for others to get some of their choices....Granted it did take quite a while for the updates to occur...still it didn't loose any of mine and they were always still there via confirmation #.
