Where and when

This summer we're going local - Universal Studios to see Harry Potter world and Great Wolf Lodge for YDDs birthday. Next summer I want to do a big trip - we're thinking DC or Hawaii.

Right now just our Up North (Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island) trip is planned for the 2nd week in August.

We're going to drive to Hershey (and maybe DC) Monday for a couple of days then we may go to Dearborn at the end of the week.

I have a couple coming up. I'm visiting my sister in Chicago the last week of April. Next up, I'm going on a Birthright trip to Israel. Finally, Disneyland and LA next October!

Driving to Florida for two weeks. Last week of April, first week of May. Sea World is the ONLY Orlando theme park I plan to visit. DH has never been there.

Same, we did SW and Universal last Summer. Bought annual passes for SW, so we still have time left on them. Really trying to control the budget this year, so that seemed a good way to do it :)

Disney in October. In summer some small beach trips at ocean city md and camping at knobles in pa. First summer no myrtle beach. Stinks

Did you pick a hotel yet? There are a few Sea World partner hotels with reasonable rates. If you stay at one of those, you get a card or wristband for a "fast pass" good once for each ride. Plus discounts for in park food and souvenirs. We're staying at the Hilton Garden Inn which is within walking distance, and they also have a shuttle bus.

This summer, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National park, Grand Canyon and Petrified forest. 2018- WDW with DS and family! And I planned this years vacation just like I plan for a WDW trip!

Grand Canyon/Monument Valley/Page/Bryce and Zion in June!

We did that trip last summer. Our oldest goes to school in Utah so it's always nice to drive out there and see him for a couple days during our trips. Anyhow it's gorgeous out there, enjoy!

Alaska cruise in May, Panama Canal cruise in October, London in December.

We're staying in a cabin at Tropical Palms Resort. It's not super convenient for SW - probably about 12 miles down I4 - but we've stayed there twice & know the lay of the land (it's REAL convenient for WDW). Plus, we get a full kitchen and 2 private bedrooms. Got an Orbitz deal for $57 per night. Better than what we paid in 2012 ($586 for 8 nights), not as good as last year ($393 for 8 nights).

We are heading to Boise in May for my son-in-law's graduation. Haven't seen him or my dear stepdaughter in 8 years. Looking forward to visiting with them for a few days.

Thanks! We leave 90 days from today! Can't wait!

Our next big trip is this summer. Adventures by Disney's DVC exclusive river cruise on the Danube which will hit Hungary, Austria, Slovakia and Germany with a post ABD add-on in Prague. We created our own pre-trip stay in Ireland. Really looking forward to it! This will be our first river cruise and first time in those countries!
