Me, DS 7 and DD 8...need a dinner restaurant. We're on the deluxe dining plan. Any suggestions?

I have gotten a few recommendations for Rainforest Cafe. The environment is great. We have not been yet, and the reservations were full for the time we are going, so I guess you need to book it early.

We love Portobello -- great food, location, service, etc. We have eaten there several times with different groups of people and many different ages, and enjoyed it every time. The last time we were there (March 2010), we ate an early dinner (I think 4:30) and we were not rushed at all. By the time we left, it was very crowded and a long line to get in. It is definitely worth it!

I could be wrong, but I thought Fulton's and T-Rex don't accept the DDP.

Last May, DH and I had dinner at the Wolfgang Puck Cafe (the TS, not the CS). It was great! The service was good but the food was great! There were lots of families with children eating there and while I can't speak to the kids' menu, all the kids we saw looked happy with their food. We had the DxDDP and really enjoyed our experience there.

Good luck with your decision and have fun!

Fultons used to be, not now!
Trex or Rainforest is not either.

Planted Hollywood is! We all enjoyed our meal here and is kindof of cool to see all movie memorablia if u have never been.

We are trying Ragland Road this year.
Wolfgang Puck Cafe looks good.
A friend enjoyed Portebello she liked their italian food.

Wolfpuck Cafe is good I think your kids are at the age where they would like the atmosphere at T-Rex and the Rainforset Cafe but if your on the DDP I wouldnt pay OOP for it .Planet Hollywood is a cool place for your kids it is loud people tend to give bad reviews here, but it is just as good as applebees & Chillis, dont rule out some of the resort eatiers near DTD if your trying 2 stay around that area

Is there kid-themed movie stuff in Planet Hollywood?

My husband and I ate at Bongos last time we were there. It was really good. Nice atmosphere and the service was great.

Raglan Road... its is very kid friendly and they have a live band and dancer in the evening. Its one of my DDs favorite... and has been for years.
Personally I would not eat at Rainforest or Planet Hollywood even if it was free... awful and over priced... did I mention the food was awful?

The Wolfgand Puck restaurant and cafe are great, and Raglan Road is very nice and a lot of fun. Earl of Sandwich is very good counter service food.
