My biggest problem is that if I go off my WW points one day, usually I find that I don't get back on track and I say "oh well, the rest of the week doesn't matter now." Does anyone have any tips for not having that attitude? You would think that I would be really motivated with a wedding coming up, which I was this past month, but the last two weeks were really bad. I just didn't care. The weekends are especially hard for me. I allow myself to go out to dinner on Friday nights and to eat breakfast at work that someone has brought in on Friday mornings (we take turns), but for some reason on Saturday and Sunday I just find that I'm busy and don't want to think about points and just want to eat all the good food I love that isn't good for me. If I could be as good on Friday through Sunday as I am Monday through Thursday I would be doing really well. I just can't find the secret to doing it. I just joined this group yesterday, so I'm hoping that will help. Other than that, does anyone have any tips at all?
