Not really. Remember, when the state dining said "Nothing on site", most places in CA simply closed all seating areas, and then it was up to the purchaser of food to eat while walking the strip mall area, etc... Not for Disneyland, they required the onsite food locations to close the bag, seal it, then they required the guest to exit the DTD gates before opening to eat. Disney is reporting to the state, BUT they are also reporting to the unions.Sure, but right now the only requirement is the theme park operators have to have an attestation from those purchasing tickets/reservations acknowledge they live in state. So the requirement is nothing more than the honor system. It is then Disney's choice to check everyone's papers at the gate.
I would be very surprised if ID wasn't required at the gate.
