All I can say is after thinking about it for what seems like forever, I am calling my guide on Monday to add on. I was going to wait since I am in the middle of a job search. I do still have a job and maybe this will motivate me to stay at mine until I find a new one. (The first week with the new boss I was quitting without a job, but I have had some positive feedback on my resume etc.)
