When will AP best rate be avail for Aug 06?

Sorry, bit new to all this AP stuff as this is the first time we will have one. I have been reading about the new AP best rate system, I don't yet have my AP but am hoping to get it within the next few weeks. Am I right in saying you can only book online for dates until the end of the year? If so does anyone know when Disney are likely to load next year and in particular next Summer?
