It has been 9 years and a lot of changes. Last time I checked in, I had to pick up my park tickets at the ticket kiosk at the entrance to the parks, not when I checked in (staying on site) What is the procedure now?

I just got off the phone with rpr

I was told there is a kiosk in their lobby where you print out your park tickets
It is located in the back of the lobby next to the attraction desk

Put the confirmation info in and print your tickets
Or have the concierge TM do it for you

You can also buy park tickets at this attraction desk

Last October I used this desk help to print out my Hhn tickets with their help
First employee said it couldn't be done but another TM said it could as long as I had the confirmation number of that ticket order

So nothing has changed? I thought perhaps the other poster had just missed it since it is tucked in the concierge desk.

Here is the photo of the kiosks at the RPR.

If a person booked a package, they would receive those tickets when they check in
They get actual tickets and not sent to a kiosk
But, that is only if you have a paid booked package

Yes the two desks of concierge and ticket attractions are located there

If the kiosk is down or non functioning at the time you need to use it, the TM at the attraction desk can print them out for you

I was getting APs, not a package ticket. Perhaps that is the difference?

if you book a package, it includes tickets and room and any add ons you chose.
just general information that some tickets can be picked up when they get the packet at check in time.

glencoe, the op in this thread, had questioned where to pick up the tickets.

op stated they were staying onsite but had to go to the park kiosk to get them.
couple of us here are pointing out tickets can be printed out at the hotel.

You should have been able to pick up your AP at the kiosk at the hotel unless you are a Florida Resident. Then you need to do it in person. The kiosks at the hotel are no different than the kiosks at the parks.

Was the kiosk not working when you were there or were you unable to locate it?

At the desk they told me I had to do it at the park entrance. We got our Express Passes in the morning and I honestly could not tell you if that other machine was there or not. I don't remember seeing it. But looking at that screen in the picture where it says 'Enter reservation number' makes me wonder if it is for prepaid ticket/resort packages. I bought our APs separately.

Next person who actually is in the lobby please confirm for us!

The reservation number is the number that they give you when you buy a ticket with kiosk pickup. You swipe your credit card and give that number. This has been the way it has been for several years. Those instructions are the same as they've always been there.

Does anyone know if HRH has a similar kiosk in the hotel for AP pick up or do we need to go to Main Gate?

We have ( I think) email tickets. Can we exchange these at this booth for actual tickets. Don't really want to be walking about with 5 A4 sheets of paper

If you used print at home tickets, you will have the sheet of paper. If you chose kiosk pick up, you will get credit card sized tickets from the kiosks.

Check the instructions with your email.
