When to visit Sea World & Discovery Cove in Nov & can u change reservations at DC?

We are vacationing to Florida for the first time in November. Am I crazy to book a day at Discovery Cove? Can I switch my days a week in advance if I see another day will be warmer? What day of the week should I book? And what day is best to go to Sea World?

Also, any budget-friendly hotel recommendations that offer transportation from airport & to Sea World / Discovery Cove?

I'm kind of in the same boat, early November. On the Discovery Cove website it says you get one "free" change to your reservation. So it seems to me like a person could switch days a week in advance after looking at the weather forecast, as long as the day you want to switch to isn't sold out.

I have to wonder if days sell out regularly when it's not summer or spring break?
