When to try and rent points for Dec 2009?

I realize that the 11 month window for my Dec ** 2009 vacation won't be until Jan ** 2009.

If I'm wanting to try and rent someones points, when would be the earliest that they would likely post available points for rent? I would think that now would be too soon? And would I look for something that says "Dec use year"?

Use year is irrelevant so don't need to look for any particular one. Starting to look now for a ressie to be made Jan ** really is not too early but you could probably wait until Dec. Rather than looking for particular lessor's post, you might want to make your own post as to what you want on the rent/trade board and see if you get responses.
