When to Catch the Bus?

Next Friday we have an 8am ADR for Tusker House (pre-park opening.) We'll be staying at the AKL. What time would you suggest catching the resort bus?

It's only a 10 minute ride, but you want to be there a little early. 7:15 at the latest.

bus stop - but check with your hotel lobby concierge the night before and ask them. Let them know your breakfast ADR time and they'll let you know for sure.

Be out at the AK bus stop no later than 7:15. The buses tend to run less frequently until an hour prior to park opening. If you just miss a bus, you could wait 25+ mins for the the next one!!! 7:00 would be the time I would be out. Once at AK, you have to walk to the park from the bus stop, go through bag check, enter the park and then walk back to Tusker House.

I agree with being at the Bus Stop by 7:00 AM.

If you do happen to get to DAK early,you can leisurely enjoy walking back to Tusker in a near-empty park.

Be at the bus stop at or before 7:00. If you don't make that first bus (usually before 7), then you may be waiting 25+ minutes for the next one (or you may wait less, no way to really know 100% for sure). I would rather be early and waiting at AK then miss the bus and be rushing to make the reservation.

Thank you everyone. I forget that there is so much more involved than just the 10 minute bus ride. Plus add in 2 kids and a double stroller... we will need all the extra time we can get!

To be safe getting to an ADR for a breakfast, we usually take a cab - To get to the Magic Kingdom we take a cab to the CR and walk over.
