When Should ME Docs Arrive?

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I don't seem to be using the right search words! When should my Magical Express tags/documents arrive? We leave on 16 Dec. and I'm feeling like they should be here now!!

They never seem to arrive as early as you'd like, The last time I recall they arrived 1 week prior to our departure

My tags came at about 45 days out, I requested a second set (lots of bags) and they came a week later. I would call.

Call DME immediately to see if they were sent. Today is Dec. 6, so you leave in 10 days and should have received the tags by now.

I agree with all the above posters suggesting that you call, call, call!
My DD and I are arriving on Jan.4th and I haven't gotten our tags yet. I called yesterday and found out that all our info was either missing or mixed-up. After spending almost an hour on the phone with DME, supposedly everything has been straightened out, and our tags will be sent out quickly. We'll see..................
If I don't receive it by the 15th, you can bet I'll be on the phone again (and maybe not so "sweetly" ).

We have always received our tags 30 to 45 days out. We are visiting again on January 9th and we received our tags on Friday. I would call!!!

I requested ours last week and got them 3 days later and I am leaving on the 19th this month too.

If for some reason you don't receive the documents you can still use DME and the luggage service you just have to stop at the desk at MCO and they will print you up a letter to give to the driver and you can give them your claim checks for the luggage and they will retrieve it. Have a great trip.
