Greetings,
We will be visiting end of July for two nights at PBR and are looking forward to avoiding the lines with our FOTL privileges - but I am looking for input on rides that we would be best off NOT using FOTL for at least the first time through - to avoid missing any "set up" that may take place. I'm not much for lines, but I also want to make sure we get the full flavor of the attractions.

Thanks in advance!

I dont understand why you wouldnt want to use it all the time? Last year we stayed that the rpr and we went from park to park and used the fotl access. We never waited in line for anything. We could do both parks in one day over and over. But then we went to disney for 2 days and the lines about killed us, my son didnt understand why we had to wait!!

Connab - My understanding of FOTL privileges is that in some cases the FOTL line does not follow the same route as the "normal" line. My concern was that this would skip some of the theming and possibly even necessary setup information that may be needed to get the full appreciation of the ride. If I'm off base on that assumption - then feel free to correct me. If we can just use the FOTL all day without missing anything, that would make our lives simpler.

If the wait is very short, then I would skip the Express line and go through the regular one.

Sometimes the single rider line is shorter, especially in MIB.

You'll want to go thru the regular line for Deuling Dragons.
The express line for this ride is actually at the exit, where you enter a door which leads to the split point to choose Fire or Ice. When you go thru the regular line the first time, you'll walk thru the dark castle, seeing the horse with a rider on backwards, and the candles all around.

In addition to Dueling Dragons, already mentioned, the following have queue lines that are a lot of fun:

MIB
Spider-Man
BTTF

So-so lines include:

Dr Doom
Hulk

All the others are easy to skip.

I never thought about what you could miss out on seeing using the express line!
