When making ADR's?

Do you tell them that your on the DDP? Also I read that you have to give a cc to hold the reservation do they charge that card or just hold the number in case of a no show? And I'm assuming that they take a cc number even if your on the DDP, is that right?

I didn't need to give a CC for any of my ADRs. I THINK, and I could be wrong, that they do take a CC for Cinderella's Royal Table and maybe some signature dinners or dinner theater types..but I am not sure. I am almost positive about CRT though.

Yes, I tell them that we're on the DDP (DxDDP this time!) and I had to put down a CC for Akershus, CRT, and Cali Grill. They won't be charged unless we don't show up and don't cancel 48 hours prior.

But believe me, we're going to show up!

I've only ever had to give a CC with both Princess meals and Cali Grill. You have to cancel them 48 hours beforehand to not get charged.

I've always had the Dining CM to ask me on the phone if we are on the DDP. They will ask you again at check-in to make sure.

They do charge your credit card for CRT. Cancel within 24 hours if you need to, and get your $ back.
