My Canadian friend, didn't want drama, but got it. Yall have known EKsmama for years and know that despite *****ing about right wingers I keep to myself. Never hiding, changed my name but it caused issues I had not anticipated. The mob mentality of keyboard warriors is alive and well. The DIs is not a friendly place now despite the many wonderful friends I've made over the years.

You keep referring to the unfriendliness (my word from your many references to that) here on the boards. Now I know the past couple of days I've been on and off with grandkids at my house but I haven't seen and felt DISers being unfriendly. And you said you weren't talking about the new board so I'm confused.

But you need not explain.....I just feel bad you think there is so much unfriendliness around here.

If the boards are so awful, why come back three times? And changing your name to protect yourself but then linking your old name to your new name?

She specifically wrote in a now deleted post about “bringing drama” in a vague public apology to a “lost dis-friendship”. Honestly, the following comments were trying to understand why multiple screen names from one person was being used.

There was nothing political so not sure why “right wingers” are being mentioned.

There was, however, erratic victim-claiming behavior with lots of “LEAVE ME ALONE” posts and name-calling. And then a shout out tagging multiple “friends”.

I noticed the claims about people being “nasty”, but that’s not what I saw.

*I’m only responding because I was quoted. The very unusual exchanges just caught my attention. This is not a personal attack, but I suspect it might get deleted for recalling events from the deleted threads.
