When is payment due when booking a trip only 3 weeks out?

Is the full payment due at the time of booking? I need to redeem some Visa Reward $ before final payment and now am concerned I will not have time.

If it's a room only reservation, it's the same as when you book far in advance: pay first night's price as a deposit then the rest is billed on arrival.

If you book a package, that is uaually due 45 days prior so I would think you have to pay in full at time of booking.

I believe that rule has now been modified to 30 days prior to arrival for packages. However, at 21 days prior to arrival, the OP is still inside both 45 and 30 days. So, full payment would need to be made at the time that the package is booked.

I did a disneyland package with 3 weeks out and yes, we had to pay in full at the time of the booking as it was room + tickets. Depending on what the promotion or package is you could just book the room and then get tickets later (mine was a room discount promotion that I didn't need to buy tickets for and I realized we should have done that just in case as you have more flexibility than the package).

Thanks all, I confirmed that a package within 30 days must be paid in full. I booked room only and will order tix later as there was no discount on package. I ordered my Disney rewards as a rush yesterday so I will just buy tix next week. I am nervous to get everything on my account right using MDE as that didn't exist last time I went.
