When is Mickey's Ice Cream Social held?

I saw a posting this morning from someone who mentioned Mickey's Ice Cream Social. I would like to know if this is held all the time and at what restaurant.

I have done a search and can't seem to find anything on it. The woman is right, it is her secret and nobody knows about it.

Does anyone have any info because this would be the best thing for my nephew. If he doesn't eat his ice cream it won't bother us.

We plan on taking him to quite a number of character meals and during those meals he probably won't eat a thing because he will be too entertained and interested in the characters and not his food. He is a very picky eater anyway.

That's why the thought of him meeting characters and having dessert would be great.

Any info will help.

There used to be an ice cream social at the Garden Grille in Epcot. I know it was still there in Nov 2004 when we were in the World last. I don't see any info on it anymore. Someone else will know what happened, I am sure.

We went in August of 2004 and we ae glad we did. The interaction was great and the ice cream yummy. It was very reasonablly priced too. Alas, its gone!

It is gone. We went in Dec of 04 and I do believe that was the last month of it.
