When does the ticket sale end for Univ. (7 day for $85)?

Any photo ID is if the tickets aren't scanning properly at the turnstile. Guest Services may look up the order and determine if you were the purchaser. It is not to verify where you are from but to verify if the tickets belong to you.

As far as the birth certificate for the tall child: just make a copy of the certificate and fold it up to carry with you. It doesn't need to be an official BC, just anything to verify age. I doubt that you'll need it but I'd take it for peace of mind.

Well I emailed them and asked specifically if I could use the U.K. discount even though I am in the U.S. and they just gave me a generic reply. not much help.

How did you get them shipped to your house, it looks like the 2 day 2 park ticket for the UK only has electronic pickup, or did you do the wet and wild also.

I read on the website that this ticket is only available with electronic pick up. It means you have to go to one of the kiosks to get the tickets.

you must have the same credit card that was used to purchase the tickets as well as the confirmation number that you get when you buy online.

My question is; are there kiosks in city walk? what if i am staying on site? would they be able to print the tickets for me when i arrive at reception or guest services?

is there normally a line up to get to these kiosks?

thanks

The kiosks are only at the parks and not at Citywalk. The hotel will not print off your tickets unless they are part of a hotel package. You can use the kiosk or go to Guest Service will call window (at either park) and they can print them off. There is seldom a line at the kiosk but often there are lines at Guest services.

I ordered my $85 (90.53 with shipping) tickets online from Dreams Unlimited and I received them in the mail a couple of days ago. They look like actual tickets to me, not vouchers. They say "Admit one Guest" on the front. My question is, what do I have to do to activate them at the park? Do I just use them at the turnstiles or do I have to go somewhere else first and show id? By the way, they say "Ticket expires 6 days after 1st use", not the 7 days that has been reported in some other posts.

Thanking you all in advance,

Marilyn

If it looks like an actual ticket (which is what I received in the mail when ordering tickets through US website last spring), you just use at the turnstile and don't have to verify anything with anyone. The tickets are for 7 day's use, that is what is meant when it says it expires 6 days after the first use. You get 7 days out of it :) .

Thank you so much Kelly for the information!

I understand that the tickets are good for 7 days, however, if you look at some of the earlier posts they say that the tickets expire 7 days after first use. That could be taken to mean 8 days and that is incorrect. I just wanted to clear that up for anyone who is as easily confused as I am!

You would just go to the turnstiles with your ticket. Your ticket is good for seven days. The wording is just ambiguous.

Hmmm...I emailed USO customer service and they told me the only way to get these tickets is electronically (through the kiosks at the park gates). Is it different if ordering from someone other than Universal themselves?

Did you get your tix today? IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE? I AM STILL UNSURE>>>I can get to check out & I THINK we will use them in 2007 but I"M NOT CERTAIN>>>>it could be spring 2008....

Goofy&Sleepy -
If you are talking about the $85 tickets, I emailed USO customer service and they assured me that they do not expire. You can still use them in 2008.
They would not tell me when the sale ends, however. Has anyone found this out yet?

I was told the same thing. If it is different when ordering from somewhere else I wish I would have known that before Christmas. That was one of our kids gifts, but since we didn't have any tickets to give them we had to use brochures.
