When does the MK change color?

I know that sounds like a stupid question..sorry. I've never been to WDW before. I want to make sure I don't miss some nice pics. of that. Is it when it closes? Before or after fireworks??

I think you must be referring to the Cinderella Castle changing colors? That happens after the fireworks. Don't miss it, it's so beautiful!

It goes on for quite a while after the fireworks, so don't feel as if you have to snap a few quick shots. Wait for the crowds to clear a bit and you'll have a more unobstructed view.

That's good to know! I can just see me with my video, digital and 35 mm trying to get all these shots. My family will just try and ignore me and walk on. ha ha..

The castle also changes colors as you are waiting for the parade. We always get a seat in the circle (by the entrance to Tomorrow land) 1 hr. before the parade starts and I love watching the different colors.

That is the KISS GOODNIGHT. I love it so much! It is nice to just sit on the curb on Main Street and wait for the crowd to thin out, and then the castle starts to change colors, and it is the most peaceful time there.

I have stayed in the tower at the Contemporary and gotten up in the middle of the night and have seen it still be turning all colors then. It is red, pink.golden,green,blue and purple from what I can remember.

During wishes it changes color now. When you see the fireworks make sure you are in a location to see the castle as it is part of the show also.
