When does Pandora open?

We will be there over Halloween in 2017. Fingers crossed it's open by then - we are looking forward to this new land immensely. I'm more excited to see the land, the detail, feel immersed in the theme than the actual rides (which I'm also excited for). Animal Kingdom is my favorite park, it really transports you somewhere else. The detail and theming blows any park I've ever been to out of the water. (no, I have not been to Harry Potter yet )

heres hopes prayers and pixie dust that its open by dec 2017. I know not to plan for any one thing but I can still hope. Since this may be a once in lifetime trip. or once ever 10-15 years trip at least.

When's the last time Disney opened something on schedule?

That's not rhetorical .New fantasyland and 7 dwarfs were both delayed. What was the last major expansion before 2011?

I am pretty sure Disney has a history of opening new attractions well after their original planned opening dates.
