When does Florida have its Spring Break?

I was wondering if anyone knew when Florida schools are on Spring Break. Am planning a trip in April and wanted to avoid the Florida Spring Break rush!

My nieces are on spring break March 15-19 in Pensacola and they are heading to Disney that week.

My college is on break from March 8-12.
My old high school is out from March 15-19.
Public schools in my hometown are out from March 29-April 2.

So I guess it will vary a lot. April would be a good time to go!

My niece and nephew are on break frm March 26-April 5. They live in Brevard County.

Yep, Pensacola is March 15-19. And Orlando schools are this same week as well.

Here in Clay and Duval county (N.Florida) Spring Break is April 5-April 12.

In Palm Beach county, spring break is March 19 thru the 28th. Very much looking forward to our stay at the Wilderness cabins during that week

We were at WDW March 13-19 in 2000. What a zoo, we will never go that time of year again! I think you are safer in April, most schools are done with spring breaks by then!

In Miami,my kids are off from April 9 to April 18, but that is private school.
