When do resort discounts come out?

I'm a pass holder and a FL resident and usually there is a discount of some sort. I'm trying to get reservations for late March/early April. Are there just not going to be any discounts for this time or are they not out yet?

Right now? Your guess is as good as anything else. I don't think you can assume anything based on past discounts, even last year's. But I'm hoping for something later in March myself. Keep hope alive!

Lately it's been pretty last minute for any discounts, like they notice they have a large patch of rooms they need to book so they throw out an AP discount to fill them up last minute. To me there doesn't seem to be much reason to any of it anymore, and not following much of a pattern like in years past.

I guess it's hit or miss right now. I'm going to go ahead and book something at a price I'm ok with. If discounts come out maybe I'll upgrade, and if not, at least I've got an affordable place to stay. You never know, prices could go up!

I was hoping for an early March discount in the fall but nothing showed up (when they are usually released) so we are paying full rate for Port Orleans rooms. Usually stay at Yacht Club but can't justify paying the rack rates.
