when do papers arrive?

Mine have always come through very quickly (within 10 minutes or so) but I've read on here that others have had to wait up to 48 hours before receiving theirs.

Have you booked now then?

I'll be one of those who have to wait 48 hours... And it was Christmas... I just hope everything is ok. They did charge the credit card...

Mine was quiet a while I booked in the morning and got it the next day in the evening x

I would give it a couple more days as it has been Christmas so the offices may have been shut for a couple of days

yesterday was a public holiday, so today is really the first day of anything like normal service. I'd wait until tomorrow, check your trash bin for the email too, before contacting them again for the confirmation email to be sent again. Congratulations on your new booking

waiting for papers is no fun. Still no sign˛ I did check spam folder. I'm so happy with my new booking. Have to keep myself not to tell the kids

ok, no fun at all. No booking was confirmed, because something was wrong and now I have to wait to get back money on credit card to make a new booking.

This is odd. Have you spoken to them on the phone? Did they confirm that your card has actually been charged and that the amount isn't just being held against it?
