When Do AP Rates Usually Come Out?

I was wondering when AP rates usually come out...

I am looking to book mid-April-June of 2010. And I know it won't be anytime soon... but I am wondering if there's a typical time on when they usually do come out.

No one huh? They come out 3 months prior?... 2 months?...

I want to say that the most recent ones came out in February for this April to June. I can no longer sign as my AP has expired, so I can't tell you for sure.
