When did you cook your first Thanksgiving meal?

I don't remember. I have cooked "thanksgiving" on other days, but we usually go to Mom's for the actual holiday.

The first Thanksgiving after we were married. DH didn't have the day after Thanksgiving off of work and we didn't want to drive 3 hours each way for one day. We had some friends over that were in the same situation. I have probably cooked a Thanksgiving meal 3/4's of our married life.

I'm 32 and haven't done it yet. It's either been my mom, the guy I lived with, or a friend of mine. I do cook little pieces of it but not the main dishes.
