When Did Everyone Start Dressing Like Strippers?

Anyone else notice how this is primarily a debate about what women are wearing?

Because the only ones dressed appropriately that were ringing my doorbell were MOMS. MOMs dressed as hookers, and god-knows-what, while accompanying their children.

The dads? They wore goofy outfits like the mad professor, Frankenstein and Bugs Bunny-- NOBODY came as a Chippendale dancer!

(note: Cleo edited out one word that's just a bit too naughty for the DIS. :) )

To put it very short. hen they wonder why there are so many rapes. Well

You surely cannot be serious.

Do you honestly believe that women bring rape onto themselves, or that men rape women purely because they've seen a bit of leg?

Shocking.

Whoa! This thread is veering onto some very dangerous territory. Different morals, attitudes, tolerance and attitudes for different folks.

It's much harder to dress inappropriately as a guy, because there are just so many fewer clothing or style options (and half as many bits to cover). Other than the speedo or hairy back problem, guys just don't have too much opportunity to choose wrong, since the standard theme park dress for guys basically comes in like two varieties.

When they start making too tight sweats for guys with "Juicy" across the behind, maybe guys will get equal time on the "bad dress" vent threads.

ok...ok... I will not wear my ***less chaps in the parks any more. I will leave them for more appropriate places...like the water parks. :rotfl2:

I have an arguement to make:

Would you be in favor of woman running around the parks topless? How about the water parks? Except for a few guys who might jokingly say, "HECK YEAH!", I doubt that anybody would approve of topless women in the theme parks, water parks, or resort pools. But I see no difference between a woman who is actually wearing no top and a woman who wears a transparent top, or a top that is so baggy that it is easy to see inside of it whenever she moves around.

I would not have a problem with this. Anywhere a man can go without a shirt, a woman should be able to go. And yes I am a man. And yes I am married. And yes I have a Daughter. I would not have a problem with them being topless if it was acceptable for a man to be.
That said: inside the Parks (MK, AK, Epcot, Studio) I don't think people should be topless. At the water park yes.

This has ben MY OPINION brought to you today by the Celeron D and Internet Explorer :rotfl: .
