When can I set up points rental for May 2007?

I will be looking to rent points for a trip in May of 2007. I'm hoping to get the first week of May for small family reunion celebrating my mom's 65 birthday. I'll need a two bedroom and a studio. I would prefer the Beach Club Villas.

I've rented points four times before and it's been such a great experience! I'm not sure, though, when the best time is for me to set this up for a trip so far out. Any thoughts?

By the way, I'm so thankful for all the help and advice I've gotten from you DVC members. We hope to be members ourselves in 2008. (That's the year we will have both cars and DH's student loans totally paid off!! )

Someone with Beach Club points can make the reservation 11 months from the check out date. If you are going in May 2007, then this June the reservation could be made.
