When can I make dining reservations

I currently have a resort reservation along with dining reservations for my upcoming early December trip. However, I am switching to a place offsite so that other family members may join us. We’ve never stayed offsite so I’m wondering the following, 1. Will all my current reservations disappear when I cancel my vacation package?
2. When can I rebook my dining reservations ?

Your dining reservations should stay with you.

Something I would do just to be safe though is wait for the last day of your trip to be within 60 days

Dining reservations are not tied directly to your resort stay.
This means they will not disappear and there is no need to rebook them.

Park pass reservations however would be cancelled if you have a vacation package that included hotel and tickets.
