When can I buy HHN tickets?

I don't know the answer to your question but I did sign up to an email list at halloweenhorrornights.com that is supposed to let me know when they become available.

I never used this email list before so can't speak to its reliability.

I was just wondering when Halloween Horror Nights can be purchased?
The HHN website is usually online in late June with updates throughout the summer. You can purchase the tickets over the summer as the website is updated.

I was hoping that they would be releasing some details by now, im also signed up for info updates & am yet to receive any emails from them:sad2: . We ve booked our DNSSHP tickets so we re now just waiting for HHNs to be released. We ve never been to this event before but have watched many vids of it on youtube & it looks great fun:thumbsup2

They usually don't release anything official until the summer. HHN runs every Thursday through Sunday night in October and sometimes on Wednesday nights. When are you going?

We arrive in Orlando on 6th Oct & are staying for 10 nights at Disney. I hope they re still gonna do something with Freddy Kruegar as i looove him:lovestruc . I have a weird fixation with Robert Englund, i think hes very cute for an older guy (im only 27;) ). We re both massive horror fans so getting to see Leatherface, Jason & Freddy would be amazing but im guessing as this idea has now been done they re gonna completely change it:sad2:

Well, it was going around that Universal signed a 3 year deal with New Line Cinema, so, there's always a possibility that some of those 3 will be back??

As Mike stated...there's a very good chance at least Freddy will be back this year. Once the dates have been officially released, you can plan on which night you want to go. I would strongly recommend doing a non-peak night (Sunday or Thursday) with Express passes instead of the weekend. The lines are simply too long on a weekend and w/o an Express pass, you will never see everything.

How much extra do express passes normally cost?? Do these work like Disneys fast passes & get you pretty much to the front of the line? I think we were gonna try to go there on a sunday night, originally we planned sat night but we both figured it maybe too busy so changed our plans

The EP's vary...anywhere from $35.99 to over $65.99 and it's Express access to all attractions during HHN...including rides, shows and houses. You will definately need them...the lines can be over 2 hours long sometimes. :scared:

I know that on-site guests get front-of-line passes at Universal. Does that also happen during HHN? Or do on-site guests still have to pay extra for front-of-line?

Everyone has to pay for Express Plus passes for HHN since it's a separate ticketed event. No hotel privileges extend to HHN.

THAT WOULD BE COOL!!!!

Feline it is possible to do all the Houses without an Express pass, make sure that you are in the park before closing, which can mean that you have a jump start on those turning up at the entrance.2 downsides though: firstly you miss the opening & secondly it can mean that some of the houses are light which does ruin some of the surprises,on our last visit we done "people under the stairs" early & although good would have been better in the dark but by the time we had done everything & went back the queues were 90 min or more. If you have time also consider Howl 'O' Scream at Busch, you won't get Freddy but the Houses are excellent & coasters in the dark!:scared1:
SD:thumbsup2

i always do the houses at least 3 times.
i try to catch A team and B team in action in them.

sign the petition for keeping the UTH alive this year.
i have it as a thread that is a sticky.

you get an indepth view of the houses inside during a day tour.
you would not believe all the details that are put into the houses and the storyline works with the theme.

during the time you do the houses at hhn evenings, you tend to miss some of the hidden treasures in the houses.

last year the UTH covered 3 houses and the tented area where the commercial was filmed.
