when does disney assign a room to you? is it b4 you get there or at checkin time
?
?

If your room is unclean or there is water pouring in or something, I'm sure Disney would be happy to move you.If you are not happy with your room, can you changed when a better one becomes available?

If you would just rather be in another building/section, I doubt it. If they told you at check-in that it wasn't available, it probably isn't. But I don't know. Maybe they'll move people who complain - that would be very Disney-like.
Other than that, it's a hotel/motel. It's a room. There isn't a whole lot to be happy or unhappy about, I don't think.![]()
No, I wasn't talking about dirty or leaky rooms; rather, I was thinking about locations within the resort. We are staying at a deluxe (with the deluxe pricetag) and are planning to spend more time at the resort than we have in the past. So, for the first time, it feels more than just a room--it feels like a resort/home. We would like to be close to certain amenities.
Leaving tomorrow and keeping my fingers crossed!!!
For me, it seems to be assigned at check in. I like to ask "what do you have availale" and they can show me maps of the resort and the like so I can decide where I like best. Kind of nice, and I have been willing to wait for a room with a better location if available![]()
