When and where will you be eating/dining??

Our dinner on Jan 5 was the last night Nine Dragons was open. After a disappointing meal (they had tables crammed so close together you could eat off your neighbor's plate) I guess I can see why they are closing for a one year renovation.

Hmmm...I thought it was supposed to be closed already, but then mousesavers said that it doesn't close until April. Either way it doesn't really matter to me since I can't stand Chinese food, but DH will be sad (especially after I got his hopes up again that it would be open for our trip!)

1900 Park Fare
Liberty Tree Tavern
Cape May Cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Chef Mickey's

I have one more to make not sure where to make it

23rd Yak & Yeti (gotta give it a try!)
24th Rose & Crown (Epcot favorite location!)

It'll just be me and DD this trip, so we'll probably do some counter service, and food court too! (Might even go off site a few times - I love Olive Garden!)

I did make ADRs at the following, so far:

LeCellier
SciFi
Plaza Restaurant
Rainforest Cafe (AK)

Still thinking about Hoop de doo. We did it last summer, and DD had such a great time! Also trying to decide where to eat in DTD before LaNouba. Oh, and we'll eat at Beaches & Cream a couple of times - DD loves the icecream!

Here are ours--we're going in early March:

Saturday--No plans
Sunday --Lunch at SciFi
Monday--lunch at Rainforest Cafe at AK (dd requested this)
Tuesday--lunch at Le Cellier
Wednesday--breakfast at Ohana
Thursday--dinner at PrimeTime
Friday--dinner at Rose & Crown

I think. I may have mixed up lunches with dinners but those are the restaurants!

Just made my ressies today and got everything I wanted.:cool1: We are going May 2-9. All for dinner except one.

May 2-LeCellier
May 3-Cape May Cafe
May 4-OHana
May 5-Concourse Steakhouse
May 6- Coral Reef
May 7- Whispering Canyon
May 8-Boma
May 9-Sci-Fi {lunch}

I still haven't decided on whether or not we're going to do the DDP for our trip or not. I know we can add it at anytime. I'm still calculating whether or not money wise it's worth it for us. I know it's worth it for the $9.99 a day for DS, but not sure if the $37.99 is worth it for us 2 adults.

So far we have ADR's for:

1900 Park Fare (dinner)
Narcoossee's (DH's 40th birthday dinner)
Chef Mickey's (dinner)
O'Hana (breakfast)

I am thinking about doing Chefs de France or Le Cellier one night for dinner since we have no dinner plans at any of the parks. We had kind of decided this trip we'd venture to the resorts we've never been to and see what they're like (except for CR - we've had breakfast at Chef Mickey's).

D - Narcoossee's

March 2nd
B - Sunrise Safari
D - Jiko's

ADRs and reasoning for 1/30-2/5 (OMG we're going to be there in 11 days!!!:woohoo: )

Please note, I tend to be a bit of an adventurous eater, when presented with the opportunity.

Yak & Yeti (L)-First time. The mixed reviews don't scare me.
Kona Cafe (D)-first time. It seemed like a good excuse to get over to the Poly and explore
Garden View Tea (effectively lunch)-first time. I'm looking forward to the moment of calm in the midst of this trip.
Coral Reef (D)- always liked it
Marrakesh (D)-first time. Want to see the belly dancer, exotic food is a bonus.
Boma (D)-loved it on my 2004 trip, was a must-do this time
Rainforest-AK (B) first time for breakfast. I only ever go to RFC anymore when I'm at Disney, and breakfast seems like a good idea on the early AK morning.
California Grill (D)-best meal of the 2004 trip. Going back, hopefully to catch Wishes from there on our last night in WDW.

-1900 Park Fare (D - dd's 7th bday)

As for counter service, for some reason, I can't wait to eat at Cosmic Ray's

Can't wait!!!! :goodvibes
