When and Where do you get Refillable Mugs?

I know when you used to buy them, you just bought them at the counter. But now that they are included in your package, when and where do you get them? Any info greatly appreciated!

They will still be in the resort food court as usual. They are listed as credits on your dining plan on your room key. Just get a mug and take it to the cashier and they will swipe your KTTW card and the credit will be removed.

Just to be clear for anyone reading this who may not be too familiar with WDW packages, the mugs are included in your package only if a dining plan is part of your package.
