Wheel chair hire

My 12 year old daughter has a recurring problem with infections in her foot. She is being treated with antibiotics at the moment and will, hopefully, be OK by the time we get to disney. I just wanted to check though. If she has a flare up, she has difficulty and pain on walking. Would we be able to hire or borrow a wheel chair for her?

You can rent at entrance to any park at $10/day or lenth of stay for $8/day.
1st time we rented with a local company they delivered to hotel and collected at end of holiday. 2nd time we did it day by day.
