I don't know if that IQ chart is a joke or not (it appears to be housed on a photographers website?), but if education is any indication here are results from the last 2 elections (I hope the graph comes out o.k.)

Then we would have to argue if education = intelligence. I would certainly say no. You can be brilliant, but not have the means to afford school. You can also be an idiot and have parents who can pay for you to get a Doctorate in Basketweaving. You could also argue that when you have Post-graduate study, you are more likely to be brainwashed by liberal (or conservative! depending on your school) propaganda.
