What's your pets' name?

Our cat is named Kipper..after that catoon Kipper the Dog LOL.

Then we have 2 rats named Goga and Princess.

Our german shepherd was Xander, but sadly we had to find him a new home.

I have 4 Kittys Necho, Murphy, Angel, and Cinnamon and 2 rabbits Ginger and Ozzy. My mom has a dog named Misty and 2 cats Honey and Heidi (more commonly known as B*tchy) because she is always b*tching

Suzanne princess:

3 cats Lucky, Katie, and Chloe
a pom named Gizmoe but he usually gets called moe and we just lost our beloved chow Sugar.

Our huge yellow lab is named: Luke Truman Disney Spirit

I wanted Disney.

He was picked up as stray on the day my uncle died and my uncle's best friend suggest we name him Spirit.

Then my daughter and I got the crazy idea that it would be fun to name all our pets after past presidents - and, well, our dog looks a little like Harry (as in Truman).

And, my sons and my dh all decided that the rest of us were nuts and the dog should be given the name Luke.

So - that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Not even getting into other pets - we did have hamsters named Minnie and Mickey, but Minnie died and Mickey started eating her face - yes, I know - GROSS    and then I made my son throw it out using a soup ladle... oh the stories I could tell.

I'd tell you about the cat I had named martini (named by my then 7 year old daughter after her mother's favorite drink - man I have her trained) - but the vet killed her 3 weeks after the vet killed our other yellow lab (two pets die in the vet's office in the span of a month - yes, I believe it was murder - and no, we haven't been back).

Okay - I think that's enough for all of you to have to "listen to" today. Carry on. :cool2:

Oh - one more thing...

After the vet killed our beloved dog - she then killed our cat - and then - HAD THE AUDACITY TO NOT ONLY CHARGE US ANYTHING (she was being spayed) - but actually charged us $25 FOR CPR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :scared1:  :scared1:

Okay - I really must stop now, my blood pressure is rising again...

I had a thing for naming my animals S names - then I realized that the S names I came up with Shy-enne - as in Cheyenne, WY for my cat who died a little more than a year ago and Shiloh my chow dog (who I had to have put to sleep 2 months ago :sad1: ) were not only S names but they were places (Shiloh is a battlefield in TN) So my next pet was my "big boy" cat, his name is Shanghi as in Shanghai China (I know I didn't spell his name correctly but that is something I like to do - not spell names like they should be spelled!! :confused3 ) My Dh also calls Shanghi - Norton - don't ask me why - is my BIG baby and he loves me!! My next cat was a "no-tail" cat we named Sapphire because she came from my mom who lives in NC near Sapphire, NC. I don't think she was a manx because her mom had her, a 1/2 tail and a full tail kitten. We never really called her Sapphire though because my DH named her Sis Hillbilly - Hillbilly because she was a true hillbilly and Sis because she was the little sis, I sometimes would call her Billy Girl. She lived for 5 years and died last March due to seizures. We were down to 1 cat and 1 dog for awhile but I happened to look on day in August at the cats at the local shelter and found one that was a "no-tail" and just knew I had to have him. His name was Valentine but I just couldn't call him that (but he does live up to that name as he is SUCH a sweetheart  ) When I tried to find a name for him the only one that stuck was Billy - in part as a tribute to my Sis Hillbilly. He spent the first couple of weeks walking around the house around 9PM crying (like a lounge singer) so I started calling him Billy Valentine the lounge singer!! Thankfully he no longer cries like that (I think he was still thought he was a tom cat even though the shelter took care of that!! ;) )

So Shanghi and Billy are my 2 cats

My kitties names are dummus and little dum.

I have two girls. A Calico Cat and a Beagle. Both are white tan and grey/black. Their names are Katie and Kiera

HI all!
Well...DF has two new kittens that we need names for - and we are stumped! They are both grey girls, and one has a little bit of white on her chest. Anyway, I thought I would start a thread to get some inspiration for some names. So, what is the name of your pet?
I have a beagle named Bagel and a cat named Roo (her mom's name was Kanga).

I can no believe that I am not the only person to have had a beagle named Bagel! :lmao:

Maruice Lewis boscorelli (cat) known to eveyone as bosco, boz, or furbutt or moe)
Bandit (cat, aka bandaboo)
Dana Katherine Scullycat (cat, aka Dana, moose or fatcat)
Tabby (cat, tab, tabster)
Angel (dog, aka fuzz butt)
Patches (cat aka furface)
sven (cat, sweedish)
ole (another sweed cat)
John truman carter (Hermit crab.. AKA Carter)

Fish:
Mcqueen (what happens when you let a 6 year old name fish)
ben 10 (7 Year olds attempt at a good name)
Budda belly (hes puddgy)
one fin (loving named for his missing fin)
speedy (a bottom feeder thats just too fast)
ugly ( the shark looking bottom feeder)
yokas (a molly fish)
Baby (a tiny bottom feeder whos quarter sized)

Lessee....

12 y/o Lab/Huskie/Malamute: Margret (aka Mags, Magulator, Sweet Pea, Pretty Girl & Beer Hunter) Most commonly, Maggie

3 y/o Border Collie: Riley (aka Killer, Puppy-Of-A-Thousand-Smells, Cuddle Monster, Good Boy & Dingbat - which he answers to)

Notice the trend of "good Irish names?" Has DFi had anything to do with that? :rotfl: I wanted Guinness for Riley, but since we didn't think he'd be coloured as he was, we figured a Border would have too much white...I was right (see my avatar pic for Riley as a pup).

9 y/o cat: Zena, Warrior Kitty (aka Princess, Greedy, Queen-Of-The-Whole House - none of which she answers to)

and sadly, Dolcetto, who is no longer with us (was a 3 y/o male cat), passed away 1 1/2 years ago. Dolcetto is an Italian wine grape - means "little sweet thing." I waited for years to get a pet who fit that name, he did. He was SUCH a cuddler when he was here. :sad1: Still miss him.

My flat-coated retriever is named Maximilian. Better known as "Max" and "Maxi."

My lovebird is named Colonel. :teeth: (He had to have a name that out-ranked a friend's dog who is named Major.) :teeth: :teeth: :lmao: :lmao:
