A Whole New World - Aladin :flower3: pixiedust: it's a favorite for me and DD12. When she was little the part that says "Don't you dare close your eyes" she would always cover her eyes so that I would go over and pull her hands away.

That's sweet :) Hope you guys have been to Philharmagic in the MK! One of my favorite scenes is from that movie!

Love that part. It's nice to have something so special to share with DD. And I just realize that I put her as 12 and she is now 13. Glad she doesn't read these posts!!!!! :flower3: pixiedust:

I would have to say my favorites are "I won't say I'm in Love" from Hercules, "Reflection" from Mulan and "Once upon a Dream" from Sleeping Beauty (as you can see from my signature). :flower:

I also love wish upon a star, a dream is a wish your heart makes, hawaiian roller coaster ride and there is a song from the Rescuers the first movie when they go to rescue Penny that always makes me cry. I can never remember the song title though. Also Beauty and the Beast and most anything from Little Mermaid. Wow there is more than I thought, I have loved Disney music ever since I was a little girl and I hope I instill that in my kids too. pixiedust: :music:

"Reflection" from Mulan---do you have the latest Jim Brickman CD? It's called, The Disney Songbook, and one of my favorite pieces is his arrangement of "Reflection!" It's beautiful :flower2:

I love all of the attraction songs from WDW: Grim Grinning Ghosts at the Haunted Mansion, Song of the South Medley at Splash Moutain, A Pirate's Life for Me, Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, etc. The Soarin' music is my favorite though, we listened to it several times during the trip and both to and from WDW in the car!

My list of favorite movie songs is quite extensive: "A Girl Worth Fighting For" and "I'll Make a Man Out of You" Mulan, "Hakuna Matata" and "Just Can't Wait to be King" Lion King, "One Jump Ahead" Aladdin, "The Bare Necessities" Jungle Book, "The Unbirthday Song" and "Painting the Roses Red" Alice in Wonderland, "Gaston" Beauty and the Beast, "Zip a Dee Doo Dah" Song of the South, etc etc...

A few from my favorites!
:woohoo:

Another one that reminds me of my DS18 is "April Showers" from Bambi. That was his favorite movie when he was little. :flower3: pixiedust:

I also love the song you hear when you go to www.disneycruise.com, It reminds me of the magic you feel when you first see the Disney Cruise ship. Just takes my breath away thinking about it. :wave2:

Ditto! on both :) I love them all I think. :teeth:
I also enjoy both wish songs,.."when you wish upon a star" and "a dream is a wish your heart makes" :wizard: and of course "everybody wants to be cat" from Aristocats always get me dancin :cool1:
THanks to the OP for this fun warm & fuzzie thread. :goodvibes

when you wish upon a star :cloud9:

Definitely the theme from the Main St. Electrical Light Parade - darn, I miss that parade! :(

I would say YO HO YO HO A Priates Life for mepirate: like the ghostly way it's sung for the movies

i LOVE the 'how do you do' song from splash mountain. it gets stuck in my head all the time! i am also a huge fan of the 'beauty and the bees' song from ITTBAB. i love to listen to it in the car, it sounds so great with the four speakers surrounding you :goodvibes nothing like a bunch of insects singing a disney classic!

Here are a few of my favorite songs......
1. Cruella de Vil-101 Dalmations
2. Everybody Wants to be a Cat-The Aristocats
3. All Randy Newman's music from the Toy Story movies and others
4. All Phil Collins' music from Tarzan and Brother Bear
5. Music from The Hunchback of Notre Dame
6. Hakuna Matata-The Lion King
and others. Jazz is one of my favorite styles of music (I guess that means that you can add all music from The Incredibles to my list as well).

Oooohhhh there are so many Disney songs I love! I actually burned a custom-made Disney CD with all my favorites on it (50 of them). Right now my favorite is "Brazzle Dazzle Day" from Pete's Dragon. As far as theme park songs, I like the "Imagination" song from Fantasmic. I also liked the theme from "Fantasy in the Sky" when that was running!
