What's your cheapest OOP cost ever at WDW?

In 2008 there was a Disney Visa free dining offer. We stayed at Pop for 7 nights at $54 a night, plus paid for a one-day ticket we didn't need (used it in 2011 as down payment for seasonal passes).

So $54 a night for Pop and free dining. I don't think we will ever see that again. We usually pay around $175 a night for a value resort with dining.

Less than $2000

First trip to WDW--1999 2 kids/2 adults
8 nights AAA rate at ASMu ~$500
6 day tickets and one day waterpark (Magic Kingdom Club discount) ~$882
food and gas ~$600

Approx. $700 for a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) for about 7 days.

We drove (from VA).

We had tons of Marriott points and used them to stay in a villa offsite (2 bedroom +living room and full kitchen)

Dh is military so we were able to get the 4 day passes for $500 (this was a few years ago when it was free for the military member and $100 for each family member). However, we used Chase Disney points so we were not out of pocket.

We still had more Chase points that we used for paying for most meals and other expenses.

The only souveniers we bought were a hat or mouse ears for each kid, an autograph book for each kid, plus each kid got $25 in spending money.

All breakfasts were done in the room, one meal in a park restaurant each day, and then one "picnic style" meal each day.

A friend of ours gave us a 1 day park hopper (included 1 day at a water park and 1 day at Disney Quest) plus tickets to the Christmas party as a gift.

So total out of pocket we only spent about $700.
