Whats up with the Disney Auctions check out?

I've just made my first purchase from DA and I would love to check out. I bought a couple pins, but I have been waiting 2 days for my last pin to appear on the check out page. I also haven't received an email confirmation from DA about the last pin, only an ebay email. I also noticed I didn't receive my second last pin confirmation email until I bought my last? Does this happen often, or does DA do this so I'll check out and have to pay the crazy shipping fee (and I mean crazy! I'm in Canada and its $20 shipping for 1 pin!)for one single pin that they wont add on to my main order?
Any info would be great! I already email DA but have not gotten a reply. Thanks!

I use AOL and found all the reply's from them went into my spam folder. If your email has a spam file check in that file..

Also, they do occasionally have problems and the items are not correctly added to your checkout.

Try calling them during regular business hours, on weekdays: 1-800-328-0899. They are very helpful.

Another suggestion: If you have a pinpal in the US who can pay for your pins for you and then reship, you'll save money on the postage. All you have to do is forward your checkout email to them. They need to know your ebay ID and matching email address. They do NOT need your password.

Thanks guys I'll give them a call. I don't have any US friends, but I hope to make some because I think I'm hooked on DA and don't want to be over charged all the time with those crazy shipping rates!
I'll call DA today and try to get things straightend out.
