"Silence of the Lambs" because people are really nuts and it could really happen! I was freaked for weeks that someone would kidnap me and skin me to make a dress

The character in this movie is loosely based on a real life man named Ed Gein from the 50's who would dig up female corpses & skin them to wear.

Watched that movie maybe 50 times in my life...AND STILL NEVER HAD BOTH EYES opened throughout the whole movie! I have the DVD with extra Scenes. And it STILL FREAKS ME OUT!

I'm not scared easily, blood and gore doesn't frighten me at all, I'm more freaked out my psychological thrillers and the chase aspect of scary movies.

The first scary movie I ever say was Return of the Living Dead, the 80's version of it . It scared the daylights out of me, I was 7 years old. I bought it on dvd not too long ago and watching it now is pretty hilarious. I can't believe I was scared by it.

Nightmare on Elm Street 1 - the best one, the scene with Johnny Depp in bed is still sickening to me maybe it's because I love him so much lol The thought of falling alseep and being killed was pretty unsettling for me as a kid.

When a Stranger Calls - the only movie that made me so scared I turned on every light in my house. I went around the house with a hockey stick opening all closets, looking under all beds, etc. before I could go to sleep that night.

definatly the exorcist! i watched that movie for the first time when i was 16. i worked at blockbuster and i was thinking "it's gonna be stupid" because i always say scary movies are never "scary". so i got outta work at midnight, went home in my room and popped the dvd in and oh my god! i slept with the lights on for a week.


another movie that scares me is the Mothman Prophecies. if it didn't say "based on true events" i don't think it would bother me. but that's creepy!

I've only found 29 so far. I have NO clue what the two big ones are lol. The one with the Piranah (sp?) comming out of the wall, and the one with the Cockroach in the test tube.
