What's Happening with Innoventions?

Well a new rumor came out today suggesting that universal and disney are in talks but many say that the site that said this is just looking for page visits. But insiders say that universal is looking to expand the marvel presence at IOA with a hulk redo coming and new attractions.

Then Disney says "great... Make the check payable to..."

If you think Disney ever wanted to break that contract when they bought marvel - you just don't understand how they think...

And if they needed "boy material" for parks...then they bought that anyway...

That's not why they bought Lucas...but two birds there

I've seen this "announcement" at D23 thing about 48 times...it's about as accurate as Jim hill these days.

Kinda like "hey... We'll act like we don't want people to go to your place... But in reality... They'll come to both and we'll both get rich..."

Iger doesn't need the core disgeeks at that show to clap for him...

He needs Moody's, S&P, and the California teachers pension fund...

Which is why I don't think they'll ever roll out the now infamous "Disney decade"

I just recently figured out that one of the Innoventions at Epcot (was it West) is closing. What are they going to do with it? It's the one that has the fire and piggy bank game, right? That's all Epcot needs, more empty buildings

Well now, that makes me sad! Innoventions was the thing my boys demanded to redo during our last visit! It was boy heaven!

We were there on Monday. The Chase picture area is still there, as well as the video games on the side. Everything else is boarded up and plastic sheets up to the ceiling. I thought my kids would be bored in line, but they are survivors ended up playing with the video games even though they don't know how to play.
