Francesco Rinaldi sauce~ 67 cents jar
Part Skim Mozzarella ~1.99 (used 3/4 of 16oz)
Fresh basil grown
Oregano (pantry)
It really was great. Filled up a big pan and cooked on the bbq with leftovers for lunch.

BUT, once May is over, it's pretty much smooth sailing. My b-day is in June, and Dh's is in October, but we normally don't do much for ourselves (except we're cruising for my b-day ....but that's our summer vacation too!)
And garlic bread. We didn't feel like a salad tonight. Haven't had dessert yet. It'll be something small.
