I am making breakfast for dinner tonight. I am making my hubby's favorite (breakfast-wise). I am making my scrambled eggs which have a splash of milk to make them fuffy, cheddar cheese, and chopped Canadian bacon. MMMM! We are having biscuits with honey to go with them.

What are you cooking/ordering in/going out to/reheating tonight?

:)

No clue yet. I have to be at the university all day, so dinner will be at a restaurant.

Have a great day at school, Marseeya :)

Mmmm, Reubens (a la Homer) :)

Dh has to work late and won't be home for dinner. I might treat the kids to fast food.

For years Thursdays have been Taco-Taco night in my home. It started when we used to have our friends over to watch Friends...

It is now a famous night in my home...Everyone I know, knows about it and there is always an open invite. Last week my brother came in from Connecticut. It is very fun and is something to look forward to each week. We also mix it up with beef or chicken tacos. Tonight we are going a bit off menu with steak fajitas. Now I've added Martinis to the beverage list. I haven't acquired a taste for Margaritas yet-I'll be testing these in WDW this summer. :cool1: :cool1: :rotfl2:

I just took a pork roast out of the frezer, so as long as its defrosts we are having that. I don'[t know about the sides yet.

Deanna :bored: :cat:

That sound like a lot of fun! Yummy, too.

Reuben Quesidillas!

I got this recipe from Southern Living about a year ago and DH adores it!

Take a flour tortilla and spread about a TB of Thousand Island dressing over it. On half of tortilla put thin sliced corned beef,Swiss cheese and whatever amount of sauerkraut you want (I wring the moisture out of it). Fold over and cook on Medium-High (spray Pam in skillet) flipping over once a side has browned to your satisfaction. I then cut in 3 sections and voila! So easy and so tasty! :wizard:

Would you mind posting or PMing how you make your Reubens? :)

Sure!

I use thinly sliced corned beef and Lorraine Swiss (I can't eat any other Swiss but for most people it doesn't matter) from the deli counter, Rye bread, sauerkraut (I just use the canned and it tastes fine to me) and 1,000 Island dressing.
I usually pile the meat, sauerkraut and cheese onto the buttered bread and grill mine on my George Foreman grill until they're toasty and then open them up and pour on a little 1,000 Island ~ very yummy :goodvibes

Garlic Stuffed Pot Roast served with Yukon Gold mashed potatos & fresh green beans sauteed in a little EVOO & fresh minced garlic. YUMMY!!! Can't wait!

I got some of that new parmasean Shake n' Bake to try so I am going to use it with some chicken breasts and I will probably just pair it with some broccoli and maybe some pears.

We have what I call the Thursday Night Supper Club. LOL Not fancy at all, but I like to say it. ;)

My brother and SIL are bringing dinner to our house tonight, not sure what it is(usually pizza or Chinese or subs) and I will make dessert(chocolate cake with vanilla icing).

Next week we bring dinner and SIL makes dessert, and so on, we trade off.

Barbequed pork sandwiches with coleslaw. Yummy! Tomorrow's lunch will be leftovers. Can't wait!
