Selling a brand new pair of crocs. Womens size 9, mens size 7. Never worn. I ordered them from Bass Pro and they sent the wrong size. Unfortunately I didn't look that close when I got them. I put them up for when my current Crocs wore out. Got them out the other day and realized they are way too big for me( should have been a women's size 7). Too late to return them.

But, I came here to ask for help. I had a buyer win 2 auctions last week (2 maternity shirts). The auctions closed Monday and Tuesday (april 27 & 28), and its been over a week and she/he still hasn't paid, or contacted me. I send her 2 emails, and 3 invoices. Nothing. I just did the request contact info, and her phone number was disconnected. Have a waited long enough? Should I report her as a non-payer to ebay? I'm so frustrated because I bid on something (and won) counting on those funds being in my account, and now its causing MY seller to wait (my backup funding is e-check, and she said she'd rather just wait).

I always open a dispute as soon as it's allowed (I think it's 8 days maybe?). That allows ebay to send them a reminder notice. MANY times that is all it takes to jog their memory into paying for their item. Good luck!

I agree, I would open a dispute as well. I hate it when that happens! Its always on the pricey stuff to!
