I've looked over sample menus and everything looks delicious! Tell me what your favorite meal was at each of the restaurants.
Thanks!

Tritons/Lumiere's

1) Herb-Crusted Sea Bass with Sauteed Spinach and Champagne Sauce
2) Garlic Roasted Beef Tenderloin served with Mashed Potatoes and a Green Peppercorn Sauce

Animators

1)Maple-glazed Salmon with Green Beans and Smashed Red Skin Potatoes

Parot Cay
skip and go to Palos

Parrot Cay-stuffed shells and the bread

Tritons, I didnt get to pick what I wanted as our server brought dinner to our room. I wasnt too impressed with what he brought, but the beef was pretty good.

Animators-Ceasar Salad.

My favorite meals were actually a surprise, because they were the scallops and Mahi-Mahi, and I usually prefer pasta to everything else! In fact, I never liked scallops until I tried one on my husband's plate, at which time my daughters and I finished them all off and Adrian, our server, brought out another HUGE plate of them when he saw how shocked my husband was that us girls ate all of them!

The Mahi-Mahi was the best fish I have ever had. I would have been thrilled to have it every night!

I second atigeg's choices: The Herb-Crusted Sea Bass, Garlic Roasted Beef Tenderloin and Maple-glazed Salmon were superb.

Parrot Cay was a disappointment to me. No favorite there.

The mushroom appetizer at Palo's (can't recall the exact name) was absolutely wonderful!

My favorite at Triton's was the garlic roasted beef tenderloin. The lobster/shrimp crepe appetizer was excellent at Animator's. My DS thoroughly enjoyed the macaroni and cheese he ate EVERY night!

I believe I only have one , make that two, words to say on this subject

"CREME BRULEE"

and if you ask Wira, one of the headwaiters on the Wonder, he would probably smile and know who said it. I think our table holds the DCL record for most creme brulee's at one sitting.

im goin to have to third that herb-crusted sea bass!! my server recommended it and i loved it!! it was soo good, and i think partly b/c i wasn't used to decadint foods as that (lol --- mcDonalds all the way! jk) so it was a totally new thing! don't think my parents deprive me, lol, but my point out of a three day cruise two years back that is one of the things that sticks out!! lol

everything we had was fantastic. If I could have one dish...it would have to be at Palo's....chocolate soufflé

Fireplug...we've had the pleasure of Wira's company on both our sailings....isn't he wonderful.

Thanks for the great suggestions! My mouth is watering already! Anyone else? Kids food items welcome too! I want them to try new dishes without being totally off base.

mahi-mahi anywhere on board
portabella mushroom with Polenta and sauce at Palo
the souffle at Palo:)

I loved the chicken noodle soup on the kids menu. Each night that I ordered it, it was a different pasta. I loved the creme brulee, the pineapple in caramel sauce, the turkey was great.mmmm! can't wait for May!!

I'm not a "sweats eater" very often but have to agree that the chocolate soufflé (Palo) was awesome. Rack of Lamb was very good and, of course, the lobster! I'm trying to think of something I didn't like. We were lucky, our server (Mitcho - the best!) would bring us what we ordered and another entree to share just so we could sample more choices. He did that for all courses. Yes, we ate too much but loved it!

Palo: rack of lamb, mushroom appetizer, chocolate souffle

Parrot Cay: not much...the coconut shrimp were good and the kid's chicken fingers were pretty good too. Oh, the Mickey bar off of the kid's menu is great!

Lumiere's: lamb shank with polenta, creme brulee (ask your server for some fresh berries)

Master chef's dinner: scallop appetizer, mahi-mahi

Captain's gala: grilled shrimp, lobster tails, chocolate lava cake

I think the lava cake may even be better than the souffle at Palos!

In general the seafood was very good except the last night for the It's a small World menu. Nothing much was very good that night so I ate off the kid's menu!

three words: chocolate lava cake!!!

have been looking everywhere for a similar recipe, but can't find one as good:(

I'll chime in with a vegetarian opinion! Triton's had the most incredible cheese ravioli in a tomato basil cream sauce. I could've eaten it for every meal. I'm not only a veggie, but a pain-in-the-neck-picky-eater, and this entree along with Palo's chocolate souffle, was just delicious! I'll also admit that I was constantly picking at my son's macaroni and cheese until he told me to please leave his food alone.;)

My Favorite was the Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Polenta...The Herb crusted Sea bass was wonderful as well as the twin lobster tails. The one I didnt like was the Creole. Creme Brulee is a must have ....do not be shy to ask for more then one!! Everyone at our table had 3! The Choc Souffle at Palos,Choc Lava cake, Pineapple boat...and all the salads were great!! Gosh.....Im getting hungry!
