What we should be worried about?

I saw the previews to the 2 part show that is going to be on Oprah on Monday. I am already scared out of my mind from just the previews. The first one is about terrorism and the second is Avian Flu. Why does the media do this? I know it's for ratings, and maybe so it spreads awareness, but is it really necessary to scare the H E double hockey sticks out of people. I feel like now I have to watch it so I don't miss out on what I should do and then I feel stupid cause they got me hook line and sinker. Then I am feeling like I should just skip it, but then I feel I will be unprepared if something happens. This is just a vent and to get this out of my system but I am just getting really exausted with being scared all the time.

Worry is like an illness, well actually it can and does cause illness, don't let it drag you in! Just live! Well that is JMHO.

I can't help but feel a little on edge about the whole thing myself. I want to see the shows but don't want to. I'll decide Monday!!

I won't be watching. I think it's absolutely ridiculous.

I feel there is nothing much we can do to prevent the next attack. If the attacker is willing to kill themselves how do you stop it. I just live my life and pray that we will all be safe. But, there isn't much you can do about being in the wrong place at the wrong time so I am not going to worry about it.
