What two-way radio system should we get?

We are going on vacation next week at Oakwood Park in Syracuse, Indiana, and are thinking about bringing a two-way radio system with us, to give us and the kids a bit of freedom, but still keep in touch with each other.

Any DIS'er with any advice on what system we should purchase?

Ah, Beautiful Lake Wawasee! Hope you have a great time! You'll be right down the road from my Dad's place on Winona lake. "Lake country" is one of the best things about Indiana, IMO. As far as radios, we have a set from Audiovox that were pretty inexpensive and work well.
