What TS are you eating at before MNSSHP?

We are attending MNSSHP on September 9th. As of right now I have 1900 Park Fare booked at 4:35pm. When we have previously attended MNSSHP and MVMCP we ate at Kona. I'm kinda nervous about trying 1900 Park Fare, and am almost close to switching back to Kona.

Where else do other people eat before attending a hard ticket event?

We ate at 1900 Park Fare before the MVMCP in December 2007. I thought the food was fabulous! I good variety and just a little more upscale than Chef Mickey's buffet choices. I would keep the Park Fare ressies and check it out. I have never eaten at Kona so it's tough to compare. The plus side of Park Fare is you are much closer to MK and will be able to get early entry with tickets to the party.

we are eating at 3:45 in Epcot and then going to MK... our costumes will be easy to slip on over shorts and are not bulky so I'll just carry a bag with us that day

We are eating at Turf Club at Saratoga Springs at 5 before the party. DFIL can't go to the party and since we are staying at Saratoga, thought it was easier for him. We should make it to MK for 7, after getting him settled in the room.

In 2006, we had dinner at 1900 Park Faire before MNSSHP and it worked out really well. The food was just okay for me, but DD who was celebrating a birthday and had been to the BBB that afternoon loved having Prince Charming sing Happy Birthday to her! We made it to MK at 6:30!

We are eating a late lunch at the Brown Derby and then plan to stop over to the Grand Floridian and visit Mizner's for happy hour at 5PM sharp in order to be properly fortified :woohoo: (four adults).

Ok well I swtiched to Kona Cafe today at 5:15 PM...I'm not feeling up to Tonys anymore.

LTT on 10/28 at 5pm - 1st MNSSHP - can't wait! :yay:

We did LTT at about the same time for last year's MVMCP and it worked out great. We had a nice dinner w/characters, rode HM, strolled Frontierland a bit, got some hot choc & a cc cookie, and found a spot for the parade.

Here's hoping it works that well for MNSSHP :)

We tried Kona last year on a whim because Ohana was booked. It was our best meal and service the whole trip. You will enjoy yourself if you have never been.

We're doing LTT on Oct.21 at 4pm. This should give us plenty of time to eat and then get in some rides before the party officially starts. If we get hungry later that night we can grab some CS or munch on our candy! :thumbsup2

We're having dinner at LTT at 5pm on Oct 28 - our first MNSSHP - we can't wait (I'm using the royal "we" - I'm more excited than DH! ). We did MVMCP last year and really enjoyed it; I think this will be even more fun but I sure did enjoy the hot chocolate, cc cookies, and snow on Main Street!

i haven't read this whole thread so i'm sure this has been mentioned before, but i would go for a big breakfast or lunch somewhere and have a CS for dinner. that way you're not wasting precious party time with eating at a TS. we've done this for both the P&PP and MNSSHP and it worked great!
