Generally business-casual (with some exceptions) is what they're looking for. I would dress as if I were going to an interview. I do have a copy of the specific requirements, listed below:

Oh, ye, who knows all :worship: ...for the women it says shirts should be tucked in...what if that isn't the design/style? I see LOTS of suits these days with ladies-cut shirts untucked...

I have never worn my shirts tucked in (the shirts weren't the type), and I was fine.

Even though the above flyer was current as of last spring, I have a feeling it was a bit out of date- even then. In my Traditions group, most girls had outfits where their shirts were untucked- there didn't seem to be any issues.

Can I wear khaki style black pants with a polo shirt? Or is it more of a dress pants and dressy top style? If a dress, what sort of dress is acceptable? The ones that look like long polo shirts ok?
I am hoping something I already have will work.

Working-style pants will most likely work. As well, as mentioned in the above guidelines, polos are allowed. However, I'd recommend dress pants and a conservative dress-top. In terms of a dress, I can't really speak for that- if you feel that it would be appropriate to wear to a professional meeting or interview, then it's probably fine. For more info, check out the Disney-Look Guides (for Ladies and Guys - you'll want to pay special attention to the non-costumed parts of the website; it pertains to Traditions).

Don't over-think it, it's not really too big of a deal. The worst case scenario is that you are turned away for non-Disney Look compliance and you are scheduled come back the next session (usually a day or two later) for Traditions.

Hopefully we can get a female to answer this (no offense Chris lol!)

I have a dress with thick straps, if I wear a cardigan over this would it be acceptable?

I think as long as there is a cardigan, it should be fine.:)
